Hi! I’m a high maintenance runner.
This blog is powered by my own athletic journey and experience as an endurance coach and massage therapist. I draw knowledge from my Masters in Kinesiology and various certifications, but my true schooling has been the tens of thousands of miles I’ve run and decades of interactions with runners and other athletes in a variety of settings. I am endlessly curious about how to be a better runner and love exploring what it is about this simple sport that resonates with me, and others, so powerfully.
